We develop by mob programming and pair programming centering on agile scrum development.
We actively discuss and work on issues as a team.

Engineer evaluation system
Each employee sets goals and evaluates their content. There are also interviews to check the progress semi-annually.
Not only the results but its process is also taken into consideration.

Organization Structure
Development department has scrum team of 4 developers without junior-senior relation.
As there are two Scrum masters, it is a very bright team.

Department head's career overview
【Chief engineer】
・Born in 1972 in Osaka. Completed Natural language processing course from NARA Institute of Science and Technology's Graduate School of Information Science.
・One of the Developer of Morphological analysis software (ChaSen).
・He started programming at the age of 10 and seemed to be a computer-loving boy making games with BASIC, remodeling a Family Computer(Nintendo Entertainment System) etc.
・By riding on a wave of venture boom, he gained experience in various startups, and then joined in our company as a freelance engineer in 2004.
・He likes new technologies, and still many times write code as a programmer.
・Recently, he has acquired Licensed Scrum Master certification, and pretty much into research activities related to scrum development methods and its environment etc.

General Team Structure
In other departments, the development team, test team and operations team operate differently, but the team assigned to you is one of very few elite teams which handles all of development, testing and operations.
